How do register for a free account on GameSalon.com?

To register for your free GameSalon account, please click this link: Register. After entering your email to make sure we don't have your account on one of or other site such as CelebrityGossip.com, follow the instructions and enter the proper informations and click on "Register now!".

How do I login to my account?

Go to the "log in" link at the top of the GameSalon.com, or use this link: Login.

Type in your email address that you registered with and your private password and click the "log in" button. You can now post comments, invite your friends to join our community and start playing your favorite games!

I lost my password, what can I do?

If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on top of any page of GameSalon.

This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, so that our automated system will send your password out to you in an email. Please keep your password safe!

If you continue to have issues logging in, please do not open a new account. Instead, contact us and our technical team will assist you. All Technical emails are answered first.

How can I change the information in my profile?

First thing you need to do in order to change your account information is to login.

At the top right corner of any GameSalon.com page, you will see 'Manage your account'. Click that link and it will open into a new page. You can make any changes in this page and when you're finished, click "Submit".

If you have a problem managing your personnal account you can contact us and our technical team will assist you. All Technical emails are answered first.

How do I leave a comment underneath game?

First you need to have an account with GameSalon.com in order to leave comments. To register for your free GameSalon account, please click this link: Register and/or Login to your account.

You then go to whatever game you're interested in and scroll at the bottom of the page where you can see a text field where you can enter your comments. Once you are done entering your comment, enter the security code and press on submit.

I'm having problems with the game that I bought, what do I do?

GameSalon is NOT responsable for any problems you may be experiencing with a purchased game or a game you may try to play online with. GameSalon.com is only an affiliate program of Real Arcade and you need to contact from their "Help Section" for any problems regarding your game.

I can't play any online games, what do I do now?

The reasons you may be experiencing this problem is simple. You either need to get the latest version of Internet Explorer and/or download the requiered plugin to get your game to work (The plugging will ask to be downloaded by your browser if you don't have it, simply click on the yellow tab on top of the window and select "Install ActivX pluggin")

Online Games may not work on browsers such as Fire Fox or Opera. You may be experiencing similar problems on a MAC. Check out the help section from RealArcade for more information.
